The Snellville Municipal Court is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The court conducts sessions on Wednesday of each week. Individuals who are issued citations for the morning session should report to the Municipal Court no later than 8:30 a.m. and no later than 1:30 p.m. if their designated court time is in the afternoon.
In the event you fail to appear for court, or if your payment does not reach the court clerk’s office before the court date, you can no longer pay over the phone. If your payment is not received your driver’s license may be suspended and/or a warrant may be issued for your arrest.
Online payments must be made no later than midnight on the day prior to your court appearance. Otherwise, you are required to pay in person at the Municipal Court by noon on your court date or appear in court.
