Atlanta, GA (May 9, 2025) – A stalled vehicle discovered in the right lane of I-20 Westbound near Panola Road (Exit 71) early Friday morning is raising questions after it was found with no hazard lights and signs of possible damage.
The vehicle was first reported just before 5:00 a.m., according to WSB-TV and Georgia DOT traffic footage. Atlanta Police responded promptly and removed the vehicle from the roadway on the East Freeway. While the exact cause of the incident is still under investigation, it remains unclear whether the vehicle had been struck or involved in a collision prior to being discovered stalled in traffic.
