Superior Court of Cherokee County

The Superior Court of Cherokee County, of the Blue Ridge Judicial Circuit, is created by the Constitution of the State of Georgia. Cherokee County is the only county in the circuit.

Superior Court of Cherokee County is the general jurisdiction court, with authority to hear all civil and criminal cases. It has exclusive jurisdiction over felony criminal cases, divorces, cases in equity and cases involving title to land.
