State Court of Cherokee County

State Court of Cherokee County processes all misdemeanor and traffic criminal cases filed with the Clerk. The Court also provides a forum for civil litigants in a wide variety of cases.

Mission Statement

To provide an expedient, fair and impartial forum for all persons in both criminal and civil cases. To provide the most consistent and rigorous programs for people convicted of crimes in the court which will change their behavior for the better. To provide an unbiased fair forum for citizens in the most professional, cost efficient manner to Cherokee County.
